New version of Ilmoitin.fi will be launched on 24 March 2026

During the downtime on 24 March 2026 between 7 am and 9 am, the Ilmoitin.fi website and its software interfaces are temporarily unavailable.

Key changes:

• Annual information returns 2026:
  • Check processes added for 2026.
  • In addition to annual changes, changes have been made to the following data flows: VSLAINAE / Number of debtors (111) does not allow the value 0.
  • You can find data format specifications on web page.
• Changes in the test environment:
  • The archive can no longer open a sent file. (This change will also be in Production in the fall).
  • The error file of a file sent for background check (File Submission and File Inspection) can only be opened by entering the same email address that was used to send the file.
